Asphalt
Asphalt is AutoDS v1: the first named release on our June / December cadence—where dealer operations meet a single, dependable ERPNext backbone. This GA brings together service and repair (estimates through job cards), spare parts tied to real consumption and costing, and vehicle sales inventory with reporting your showroom and back office can share. We’re aiming for June 2026 general availability with clear release notes, upgrade guidance, and room for patch fixes after launch. Plan like any major ERP cutover: validate in staging, reconcile stock and finance, then roll out when your team is trained—not before.

What to expect from v1
- Scope: A coherent baseline for service / repair, spare parts, and vehicle sales & inventory on ERPNext—not every future module at once.
- Upgrade path: Install or migrate following the published bench/app instructions; review breaking changes in release notes before moving production.
- Stability: Treat early production rollouts with your usual UAT: backups, staging validation, and a cutover window for accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Documentation: Release notes and migration notes ship alongside GA; community and partner channels for questions.
